A new generation of CRM system


We are pleased to present Version 8 of our CRM system ZOOM LETTER, which brings fundamental improvements for more efficient work and better results of your marketing campaigns.

New Interface Features


We have launched the new version of ZOOM LETTER 8, bringing a range of practical improvements for more convenient and efficient work:


  • Graphic Redesign
  • A modern and fast user interface with a consistent design across the entire system.
  • A new sliding side panel provides instant access to important information without interrupting your workflow.
  • Simplified Creation and Saving - new groups, client cards, templates, or campaigns can now be created by clicking the green button in the top right corner of the relevant section. The save button is also conveniently located in the same place.

Key benefits of the new Composer


Separating structure from content

Create templates faster and more efficiently with a component-based approach. The editor allows you to work with ready-made building blocks (text, images, buttons, columns) that you can easily combine without the need for complex coding.

Automatic responsiveness and compatibility

The new Composer uses modern MJML technology, which makes it possible to create the same appearance of an email as with regular HTML, with significantly less code.

The benefit of using MJML is full responsiveness, thanks to which the email automatically adapts to each device. The template displays correctly on mobile, tablet and desktop, without the need for additional adjustments. At the same time, compatibility across email clients is ensured, including the problematic Outlook. So you don't have to worry about technical details - the system solves everything automatically.

Template Lock Feature

Composer also offers several variations of the final newsletter size, as well as the ability to lock the template appearance to maintain a uniform design.

Advanced Image Editing

The new version of Composer makes it much easier to work with images in NWSL templates. With preset aspect ratios, you can easily choose the format that best suits your content, ensuring consistent and correct display across templates.

Image size can also be adjusted intuitively using a slider, without the need for additional technical intervention. Editing is fast, clear, and allows you to easily fine-tune the final look of the template.

Advanced Graphic Editing

The new Composer allows for more detailed editing of graphic elements directly in the template. You can round the corners of buttons, adjust their highlighting using different strokes, color-delimit individual blocks, set the text indentation inside the button, or customize the color of social media icons directly in the editor.


Also included is a handy history of recently used colors in the color picker, which makes it easier to maintain a uniform visual style



Upgrade to the new version of ZOOM LETTER 8

Upgrade to the new version of ZOOM LETTER 8 will take place gradually depending on the license type. First, the new version will be made available to users with a Standard license, then to holders of Business and Professional licenses. Clients will always be informed in advance.


After logging into your ZOOM LETTER account, you will be informed via a pop-up window about the possibility of transitioning to the new version. In the list of your establishments, you will find an orange button "Version 8". Click this button to update to version 8.


HOW TO DO IT

Conversion of Templates to the New Version 8

After switching to the new version, your original templates will remain available in the list only as previews labeled Version 7.


If you wish to continue working with these templates, they must be converted to the new Version 8. You will be prompted to do so via a pop-up window after clicking the “Edit” option under the settings (gear) icon.

During the conversion process, the template will retain its original settings and structure. The resulting design will be approximately 90% identical to the original.


For easier reference, a preview of the original template will be available in the editor. This preview serves only as a visual reference and will open in a new window after clicking the designated button.


Once converted to Version 8, the template can be edited and saved. If you restore any older Version 7 template via backup history, please note that this restored version cannot be edited unless it is converted again to Version 8.
