Yes. You can define the validity period yourself - for example a certain number of days from the date of purchase.
Vouchers can be sent as PDFs via email or sent by delivery service in printed form.

Customers can pay by credit card, bank transfer, or in cash upon personal pickup at the hotel, restaurant or shop offering the voucher.
Payments can be made in various currencies depending on the capabilities of the chosen payment gateway. You can set either a fixed exchange rate or use daily exchange rate updates from the Czech National Bank (ČNB).
Yes. The system offers detailed sales statistics by individual locations and entire chains. Reports can be viewed directly in the admin interface, and integration with Google Analytics allows for advanced user behavior tracking.
The receptionist interface supports multiple admin role types, which can be tailored to the specific needs and responsibilities of individual employees.
Yes. Vouchers can be generated and sold directly at the counter (e.g. reception, store).
Yes. For each order, The invoice is automatically generated for each order, summarizing all the details of the order and is sent to the customer along with the voucher to their email.
Yes. ZOOM VOUCHER is fully integrated with the ZOOM LETTER CRM system. After a customer fills out the inquiry form and agrees to GDPR terms, they are automatically added to the ZOOM LETTER database, where all their voucher order history is also recorded.
